The rule is 18 seconds (disc or DA) max before a 'significant' raid force must be engaged on the mob. The encounter log must also show that members of a raid force appear on the log within a few seconds of each other after the DA/Disc to evidence that a raid force was 'trickling in'.

Getting more face time on mobs in R really helps numbers, morale, and confidence to go for FFA targets and imo, a move to C eventually or a good baseline to start in Velious at least. System working as intended.

No shit. We try to focus on 2-4 mobs a week because that's our current level of fucks given. Jiggles is making fun of us because we didn't go after 4 additional FFA targets this week on top of what we slotted ourselves for.
