Here is the deal with the banning situation, the GMs can ban whoever they want for no reason at all. This isn't US fucking law we are dealing with. You got banned, everyone here is glad about it not just because you broke some rule, but more so because you are a miserable human being, and basically that is a good enough reason to ban anyone as any.

You are right there Zadrian. I do care about how I am going to approach the P99 server. I had some good times with people there and played a few characters for a very long time there only to be disgruntled and irritated over time.

I keep posting and responding to some of these posts because it appears the banning situation is not clear and judgments are being made based upon assumptions and lack of measurable information.

The fact is you had the intention of RMT. RMT on an emu server is illegal and can have the entire server shut down. This is why there are no exceptions and no second chances. I'm more than happy that you got banned.
