Well, in my fundamentals of nursing class, we were instructed to explain medical information at a 5th grade level. This says most adults read at an 8th grade level, with 20% of the population reading at 5th grade level. I have no idea how to explain how cells work to a child, much less viruses and immunology (although I tried with my earlier reply,) so you make a valid point.

It's kind of a shame but it's the truth, there are just some thing that our public schools/"private" schools don't teach to edcuate people into becoming an adult. The internet becomes an issues with this because it's introduced to someone in their Teens usually or younger )more usually(. And they don't mature out of a certain period but get pushed though a failing education system.

I don't mean to say this to hurt cecily in any way, I just feel education is failing. Tech advances to fast it's hard to keep up.
