Either way he should at LEAST get the same ban as the Great Anthrax VP ban of 2012. I say at least because Eccezan did it intentionally, and big Anthrax did it with 5 seconds left on the timer.

Ninja looting requires intent to defraud and dispossess the rightful owner. If it is proven that Eccezan looted the items with such intent knowing full-well that he had no possible rights to them, then yes, he would deserve a ban.
