Went to Morton's steakhouse today for lunch. Was decent. Easily consumed 2k-2k5 calories. Going to put in work with my dip belt in a few. Got 3 plates on there for the last few reps last week. Tris getting real stronk. Bis still need some work but not too far behind.

I lost close to 25 pounds after I broke my leg. Still trying to recover from that shit. I want to gain 10-15 more pounds and I'll be happy. But the leg workouts are really inhibiting my progress. I meet with my ortho surgeon next week. He already gave me the green light to go full throttle as far as gym exercises go but the pain is too much sometimes. We'll see what he says.

So I went on the day hike for the South Sister yesterday (one of the Three Sisters volcanic peaks in Oregon). It's safe to say I was kind of an idiot for not wearing more dynamic hiking gear -- stuff that isn't too hot but can defend against wind chill. Pretty chilly on the summit for what I was wearing.
Other than things went fairly well. 6-7 miles doesn't sound like a lot, but when it's straight up gravel and steep hills it takes awhile. 40077701_1826606840740985_1070632774483836928_n.jpg | ||
