So the news was boring as shit again. Like it has been a lot lately. So I decided to walk to the University (I'm like 10 mins away) and crash a class.

Philosophy of Love and Sex 107...meaning its a freshmen course. It opened with the professor showing some of the statistics from the survey everyone but me took....

10% of the class identified as conservative on the subject...as in: Sex should be between a man and a woman in a monogamous relationship. The professor said that in the past, these students felt shy about speaking up and she wanted to do anything she could to help them feel more comfortable. That their opinions were valuable.

74% of the class was heterosexual...12% bi (yea right) and 7% queer. She apologized for accidentally leaving the queer category out of the survey!..but apparently they she added in the kids that identified as queer afterword. She said this heterosexual leaning was why she was going to be spending so much time on philosophy between men and women. So so much for the queer fest anti-conservative big bad liberal college environment.

For the day it was on to discussing how much the Greek elites loved screwing boys and how it was considered the most exalted form of relationship. See the Greeks, it was all about the age gap, the professor explains. The age gap forms this educational relationship -- and the Eros, this longing for learning is the same for both knowledge and sex to the Greeks.
