Last night I watched a group of 4 actual new players get griefed right off the server. The players on R99 don't want any new people to join the server. If they did, they'd be helping out the new guys so that there would be more long term players, but they don't and the server will always suffer because of the shit attitudes. The only reason they want a 2.0 is for another crack at legacy items and nothing more. R99 will always be a wasteland because of how toxic the players are on that server. It's doomed to fail, so why bother putting resources toward it at all, let alone 2.0. Just facts man.

Red 2 should be vanilla only, no legacy items, accelerated xp, perma death.

That said, any Red 2 would be a relief from the disappointment of it's absence.
