Slightly related but gem encrusted rings have been dropping at giant fort in FM, at least they were a few weeks ago. Shouldn't they be removed as well? maybe Kunark loot is screwed up...I wonder if anything else is dropping that shouldn't?

Went down to Droga earlier, saw Katrina/Toymaster camping Chief. Asked them about Locket dropping, no response. I offered them increments of plat, up to 10k to join their group and record loot tables to see if this thing was in fact dropping. They continued their silence. Why refuse that? (insert troll answers for my amusement here) Why would they need 2 mages down there anyway for a very easy mob like Chief? Why was Toymaster's Divinity tag /anon'd as soon as I started asking questions about whether locket is dropping? If there is a bug on the loot table causing this to drop, the least you could do is petition, let other players know, or submit a bug report instead of exploiting something. This should be brought to Nilbog's attention so he can at least check it out. Shady shit.

I'm not saying you are wrong, but you are having a hard time collecting evidence. Maybe they are factioning for Chardok? Mages do make AMAZING Chardok pullers/CotH bots. I will admit it is shady practices though.

Btw, if this is still in fact dropping, it is potentially game breaking. The locket was nerfed for a reason and all P99 players want is a real answer from other guilds that have a reputation as quote-on-quote respectable.
