![]() Desynch is now immediate in my case. As of a month ago I had about a 1 in 5 chance of synching, now there is absolutely no chance, after about 3 seconds latency spikes to 4000+. Sometimes I can run to the orb after 3 attempts, and can log in with enough time to click key on orb. My odds of getting pained soul are approximately nil.

![]() It would be great if the pained soul mob could be moved somewhere else, like in dreadlands or EJ. I'm aware this isn't classic but back in the day I could stay synched in TT on dial up, so this desynch isn't classic either.

![]() A few weeks ago I started visiting Trakanon's Teeth. Movement lagged a great deal when I first zoned in. I could see other players killing frogs at the zoneline but everything quickly ground to a halt with players and frogs not moving, communication also down. I had to relog to fix it. I got my Seb key on that day. Normally each time I zoned into TT a brief moment of lag occured then things return to normal. Things got a little worse when I zoned out of Seb into TT and tried to bandage myself. Everytime I tried to bind wounds I could do nothing further and had to relog or /quit. Using my seb key would also fail to work at that time requiring reloging.
A couple days ago things got even worse. I zoned in from Swamp of no Hope and started my way to Seb along the river, lake edge then aquaduct. While running along the aquaduct my screen went black with the word "Disconnected" in the middle. I let it sit for a while and it automatically went to character select. I logged back in. When I appeared in TT I was high above the trees, no SoW and now nakked. I fell for 600 damage which did not kill me (safe fall). Somehow I had died (while LD I guess) but still entered game in TT even though I was bound in City of Mist. I noticed then that all communication channels were down. I could not see sent tells (although they did get through to the recipient) in tell windows nor receive tells. If I sent an /ooc others would see it in zone but I never saw anyone elses /ooc. I could still use the EJ zoneline but zoning to EJ wouldn't complete required a closing of the client and logging back in. No matter what I tried TT wouldn't let me play. The next morning I got help finding my corpse and got a rez. The problems continue and I cannot travel through TT without fear of death to do LD while running. There is one thing strange. I only have severe problems in prime time roughly between 6-9pm eastern. In the morning around 6am eastern no bad problems, just a bit of lag briefly after zoning in. I have unchecked Texture Caching in Engine Settings and also deleted the file eqfecfg.cfg but the problems persist. I'll see what else I can try and post my results. Weiner

![]() I stopped off in this zone for the first time on my way to CoM. After zoning in from Swamp, I immediately started to desync. I logged off (/q, and then close EQ). I tried relogging multiple times, but it didn't fix it. I logged on a toon in Commons, which worked perfectly, and changed all my video settings to be very low. Relogged to my toon stranded in TT, but still had the problem. I couldn't even zone out. In the end, I had to petition from another toon to be moved out of TT.
When the guide helped me move, he suggested I let my toon just sit in TT to see if I would sync up. I zoned in this time from EJ to TT. I had the same problem immediately upon zone in. I let my toon sit there for about 15 minutes while I played another game, and then eventually I heard the character select music. I logged back in, same problem. About 15-20 minutes I hear the music. I did this off and on for a couple hours. I did it again when I woke up the next day, to see if trying at a different time of the day would have an effect. Nope, still can't do anything in the zone. I do live overseas (in China) like many of the folks in this thread, but using a VPN didn't resolve the issue, so I don't think it's due to that. I'm low enough that Sebilis/VP are not an issue. I would like to do my Shaman quest for Cannabalize 2...but oh well. Is there anything else I can do to help out with resolving this? Do you need more wireshark information?

![]() I'm also experiencing this problem. TT is completely unplayable on a fresh install of Titanium. This never used to happen when I last played over a year ago.
