Troll brigade here. There are no rangers on either server with 2 RMoYs. Unless my SQL skills have degraded that severely since I started drinking this Octoberfest.

How about an under 50 ranger with Tolans BP or Greaves?

Only 2. Level 21 (all other gear is meh), Level 47 (TMO alt)


Should I start banning all rangers under level 50 with any Tolans?

and bean, just in case, by some weird twist of fate, you really are this dumb and somehow escaped ephi's detective skills, I'd LOVE to see you try to sue someone for banning an online character in an emulated game that you purchased equipment for through a third party. None of the preceeding sentence even makes sense, which is why it's so ridiculous that you suggested it.

I'd love freiza to come in here and drop some legal bombs for us. He's really good at that.
