Yes, the opinion of someone that has played for two years with the guild is much more important than someone who has done nothing but talk shit about nihilum for the history of the server. I never gave ultimatums, I said straight out I don't want to reward people that have made it clear their only goal is to talk shit. I know, it seems crazy.

They don't get it. They think they can continue to forsake the core and that there will always be more people to recruit to replace them. What they failed to realize is, that while in the past there were no other options for guilds, that has changed. The recruitment pool will dry up. You can't continually shit on your members and hold them in low regard and then expect to just replace them.
