Several people left over Brobb. I didn't want to turn my back on Brobb due to all his contributions over time, and I felt I owed him an opportunity to try and manage himself better. I explained what was expected of him going forward, and it didn't work out.

This doesn't change the level of appreciation and respect I have for Brobb, or the fact that I consider him a friend.
