We had someone who was below 53 agro naggy and stand at the bottom of the stairs, just out of range of attack. Naggy would get stuck in the door trying to get out. Then we had a higher level (55 I think) guy just run on in and drag the corpses out. Went right through naggy without getting agro. If you have the problem of them getting banished, just drag all the corpses as close to the door as possiable, have everyone campout to shake agro and then you can easily grab them from just inside the door.
