Then whats the point of those spells? Spells have to land, just have their durations capped on a player target (like every single MMO to date after EQ).

Or wearing no mr gear at all - no cheap crafted bracers, or neck, etc.

Basically the way MR applies to root now, just go ahead and apply it to stun, blind, slow, and so forth.

Then after that, make elemental resists so they don't scale up from no resist at 100, to 50% resist at 150, and of course there should be a great deal more randomness to how much is resisted, like on live.

Naked 50 warrior or erudite should be having a chance though like one in four stick? But can break early.
