I don't have the same gainz views you guys do, I don't put on fat to get gainz I only eat veggies and lean meats / cheeses
I get my gains slower but they are stronger GAINS Just ate a power salad ( Retardedly huge bowl of salad with lots of stuff ) Power bikeride in 30 mins gonna tear it up. | ||
