The problem only happened when the truck got above 60mph, so basically only on freeways. It had a switch malfunction (later resulting in a recall) that would cause the engine to shut off for a second, then come back on, then off, then back on. So if your foot was on the pedal at all, the truck was now a bucking bronco at the rodeo. And when the engine shut off, it slowed way down and no power steering assistance with trying to get the F off the freeway before it stopped completely

Stressful as F. Happened multiple times
