I'm thinking of dropping milk from my diet...mostly in my coffee every morning. The only reason I put up with it is because its protein with omega-3s (assuming you get grass milk or milk with fishoil in it). But there is still sugar in it, and I usually don't need extra fat in my diet.

I contemplate this as I hear the crazy Iranian bitch neighbor next to my window call her cat over and over "Leo, Leo." She does this every god damn morning, afternoon, night. Last night a group of 20 year old college boys walked by and mocked her. "Leo, Leo" -- they were saying in shrill tones in a fake feminine accent. I laughed my ass off audibly.
