Today is storage cleaning day at work! Should work up a nice appetite burning some calories down here.. Fun fact- If anybody knows the Rainier Tower in Seattle. It's goofy lookin building.. Google it.. Anyways, those slanted cement walls in my picture is what the basement looks like from the inside! Pretty cool...

Oh most definitely buddy. Shaved it off in my early 20's. Drew the short straw on hair. But it ended up being my reasoning for getting in shape! You know i had to come out on top. Genetics can go kick rocks.

yesterday was second rest day in a row for me, its really hard to not exercise when it feels so good

today will most likely be a gainz day

I think resting more will make you go harder on the gainz but if I am not 100% exhausted I feel like I don't deserve my bed at night , is that weird?
