Honestly I'm with Jib on this one: instead of moving off topic threads to RnF, we should "move" (to a forum suspension) posters who RnF-up perfectly normal Off Topic threads. Doing the former rewards the RnFers instead of punishing them for messing up everyone else's conversation.
