Still experiencing this issue very frequently even after the downtime today (2/9) probably worse now than it's ever been. I'm crashing 75% of the time when I zone and having to wait for "active character" error when I attempt to log back in. Really starting to get annoying [You must be logged in to view images. Bunch of different suggestions from posts I saw that said it would help and so far nothing has.

Mine had gotten much better after the patch in late January, and now went right back to crashing on porting to several zones or trying to log into characters in those zones with this last reset.

ruled this out for me. when I play at my friends house on his shitty economy internet I have none of these problems. When I play on verizon 50mb pipe I have all these problems all the time. This is using the same laptop in both places. seems to be an issue with the routing or firewalls or something like that...

I just did a fresh EQlite install...No go, almost seems like it got worse. I'm out of ideas =(. Mine is so bad I can barely do anything if i have to zone/camp in and out.
