Depends what level of proof you need.

1. Do I have recorded Azrael chat of lite logging on chubs to port me while not logging his bard, yes.
2. Does have have IP exemption, yes.
3. Was there a screen shot a while back that showed he had a character at log in screen behind his actually character, yes.
4. Do the GM's openly know and poke fun about him boxing in a server discussion, yes.

Would a jury of people convict on this. Absolutely.

Doesn't matter. When you have possibly the clearest video of screen dragging ever with Salem they still got released.

Its clear Derubael only cared about Nihilum. Hes been trying to bribe people to send in dirt on Nihilum leadership for a while now.

I'd consider releasing your account if you gathered information on your officers and recorded this information and sent it to me. Anything pertaining to RMT, exploiting, breaking rules, whatever.

If you go "undercover" and get me some good, legitimate information that I can use, I might even consider releasing Eximo as well as Seximo.

We do this all the time. It's one of many tools we use to collect information. Not sure what the problem is.

Also, I didn't read the first two pages, but I read the OP - I never said anything about a "TS recording". I don't know where this information comes from. We banned Nizzarr for in-game actions.

Not that we needed to - anything outside of the game we could use as evidence as well, as Sirken pointed out to you in a PM.

One big point you're forgetting, Elderan, is that this wasn't just my decision. I may have sent the message, but make no mistake - the CSR staff decided this needed to happen. We can't have former guild leaders who were removed for RMT be in positions of power after getting caught. This should have been a no-brainer.

He broke the rules, he got caught, and you're grasping at straws to try and justify your actions as being my fault.

Drop it and move on. I'm tired of defending myself for something that was decided upon by the senior CSR staff and management. An action that was the right call based on our servers rules.

There has been a lot of petitions lately, a lot of posts on the forums, with everyone trying to critique GM Decisions. The developers of this project put way too much time into this for us to be put on the spotlight every single time we make a decision, ESPECIALLY when you ASSUME you know all the facts. 90% of the time, you don't. I realize that the environment for our community is a little more open than such organizations as SOE Itself, with more direct involvement in the community by the developers, but there are certain ways things need to be handled, and they wont always be agreed on by everyone, but thats how it is in any scenario. Many of us, including myself, do not play on the server. That means we spend all of our time working to better the server, and handling the issues that arise. We make decisions based on our best judgement, with no favoritism for any play character connections, so you will have to trust in our opinions for the health of the server.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled, un GM-related, flaming and asshatery.
