Yes first we will absorb all the few GoodGuys who weren't banned in the most recent RMT scandal, Empire seeing this and really just wanting to be Pals with GG all this time, join TMO so we can field a 400 person raid force in Velious. PvP will be illegal for all guilds with the only PvP being TMO murdering anyone caught YTing someone.
