Miscellaneous: paladin /sk defense skill bug-230

[Achromatic]

On my 60 pal, sometimes my defense is at 230 and in red, in which case my AC is at 1245.

Other times my defense is at 255 and in gray, and then my AC is 1302.....


Please fix this devs... it's bad enough knights get an awful rap...

Almost certainly the best geared SK on blue.

Derakor's rampage seemed to be over the top this fight. Here is him hitting me while I was on Rampage on my Paly. Buffed at 5721 hpts, 1410 AC (with defense skill in red at 230). He Rampages 4 times in 7 seconds. Skyder is the MT:

I found some anecdotes saying his rampage was not super frequent. Here is a parse from an Enchanter in 2002 its a very short sample but I also want to point out he misses a guy with 650 AC a lot. (http://www.monkly-business.net/forum...postcount=63):

Sorry this is kind of a derailment all over the place but if so many things are going to be overturned hybrids really could use being at the right skill cap. Could probably do some research for better parses but that would really be derailing the thread.

Also I can't even call it a roll of the dice anymore. My defense shows red 230 pretty much all the time now. I don't think I have seen it be 252 in about a week.

Still noticing my AC remain the same as my defence increases past 210!

Having the same issue.

Here is screenshot one, when I entered ToV yesterday (yes I still need more defense skillups):

Difference was I died and loaded back into the same zone after res.

I have noticed this apply to my instrument skills as well, as well as a few others. I'm pretty sure I've seen Defense cap out at 200 on a few occasions instead of 215 as well, which is obviously even worse. 215 is the most common number it's stuck at.
