OP: Welcome to P99. I hope you enjoy your stay. Despite the unfairness of this game's mechanics in many regards, that is kind of the point.

Just do something else until the spawn time changes (does it? I forget). If you are genuinely upset, which seems to be the case, take a vacation from it. There are options out there, ya know.
