In combat sports it's a real big deal that many are opposed to.

I don't watch much panty-fighting, but yeah. If the trans wins badly it's not a great look in terms of abuse and stuff.

Don't really care!!

I hope I don’t catch any flak for being ignorant or incorrect by trans members here on this, but the only gender that REALLY has an incentive to look at puberty blockers or hormones AS a child is boys who identify as girls

Why? Well because this is all about adult “passability” which is the ability to appear as the other gender so effectively that the public assumes one was born as that gender. If a boy goes through puberty, it tends to be more challenging for them to appear passable (although still possible) than for a girl who has gone through puberty to later appear as a boy

If an adult woman is willing to get a mastectomy and take testosterone, it’s very easy to become passable to the public. Men have to put far more work into it

So the incentive is there, but really only should be for boys who identify as girls. Or much moreso for them

Yup. I just explained it. I didn’t say I support or agree. But the reason it is done is to delay puberty to where a boy who identifies as a girl can then at 18 begin a hormone regimen that will prevent the physical bone and muscle structure development that would normally occur in puberty, and therefore appear more feminine and petite

The problem is, that this begins with a child’s decision ...

Right, ok, no it isn't a problem at all. Only insane adults who would agree to do it. Can't hold a child to anything until they are 18. It's a non-issue made into an issue. Filler content. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

An adult who wants to do whatever to their body I don’t see as a problem. Giving puberty blockers to children I see as a problem tho, because it is a child essentially making the decision
