Harrison,

Since that screen shot has been taken, Amelinda has clarified the official position here: http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...6&postcount=26

That screenshot has also been rebutted with a FRAPS of the Hoshkar fight in question here: http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...9&postcount=79

The most current GM position, which I have provided with links, appears to be that TMO has not exploited VP in the manner that you suggest. If you have newer evidence, or if I have missed something, I kindly ask that you present it.

If your best argument is the screen shot you keep posting, I ask why is that considered more authoritative than postings by the same staff member which were done at a later date after more investigation had been conducted.

This is now my 6th posted directly addressing you specifically, Harrison. I am sure you are just taking your time to craft a strong and appropriate rebuttal to fully explain your position.

Just don't take too long to get back to me, otherwise we might start to doubt your serious commitment to the health of this server. And none of us would want that.

A) Mobs aren't adding because when you guys pull them they are pathing through the wall. (At least on the ledge) I sat and watched them the other night to be sure.

Amelinda watched you exploit for hours. Backpedal harder! You're almost fooling people outside of TMO. (not really. We all know you are fucking terrible lol)

You should also quote her more recent posts. See my above posts about more recent/relevant posts

A sane, rational person updates their opinions as new information is provided to them.....apparently you are neither

And this has been covered in a detailed explanation since on the mechanics of hide pulling. This works in any zone, and you can log on to test it yourself. This very thread discusses the mechanics of hide pulling.

This is how it worked on live as well. We did this on my own server of Prexus. Keepers of the Faith, Unity, and Stasis all used Shadow Knights with circlets of shadows to do something similar to what is done now. The end result is a solo pulled dragon anywhere in the zone. The current technique is simply more refined.

Further, the time stamp on the GM post in your link is before the link I posted explaining that TMO is not considered to have exploited. I again ask, why are you ignoring the newer, hence more authoritative, post in favor of an older one.

Once again Harrison, I am looking forward to a reasoned rebuttal from you that specifically addresses the questions I have leveled at you.

Alarti's post snuck in before mine. The " ^ " I used specifically points to Harrison's most recent posts. I am not referencing Alarti's.

Bumping while TMO furiously zergs this thread in a rather pathetic attempt to backpedal.
