He was waiting in the zone for the kill stalking the guy who made the kill and picked up the wallet.

Its more like a petty thug waiting outside of a bar to knock over some drunk girl and take her purse.

In otherwords carry a big fucking gun, don't get drunk, and have someone help lock the corpse for you ;p

But it would be nice if the Guides/Staff/GM's took an active approach in curbing this kind of douchebaggery. Including the shitting up of other groups camps in dungeons.
