lower salt the better, having too much water makes you heavier and if you exercise with a ton of water in you pretty much guaranteed to have horrible acid swishing around your stomach.

did 3 hours of heavy warehouse work in the heat yesterday had horrible acid. Didn't get to do normal gains but today is more bench

don't worry about me im in amazing shape, I would try to get rid of some of that babyfat, the appearance of high T is the biggest factor in picking up women.

I don't have the same gainz views you guys do, I don't put on fat to get gainz I only eat veggies and lean meats / cheeses

I get my gains slower but they are stronger GAINS

Just ate a power salad ( Retardedly huge bowl of salad with lots of stuff )

Power bikeride in 30 mins gonna tear it up.

It's more of a blood pressure issue than anything.

I've been pretty busy the past couple of weeks between work, gym, and rl gainz. Last week I met some pals that flew in down here to Miami for a bachelor party. I probably enjoyed myself a little too much. And I'm really digging this new 24 hour gym. I'm going to try to push myself a little harder the next couple of weeks and increase those gains.

I don't know if you're getting "stronger" gains, but healthy lifestyle gains are definitely welcome. There's no one formula to this shit, as long as you're meeting your positive mental and physical health goals.

I stopped taking anything inducing tachycardia or vasoconstriction before workouts. Only taking creatine and NO.
