Most people (probably the majority in those pictures) don't even know what anarchy means. It just means no central government. That condition satisfies all other variables required for anarchy to exist.

The state is a monopoly on violence, when you remove that monopoly, that's what anarchy is. It has nothing to do with hippies, drugs, collectivism, anti-capitalism or anything else.

You don't achieve anarchy by dressing up like Jesus and yelling at cops in Seattle. You do it through economics. If you force the government to change to a non-fiat currency, they can no longer print money to pay for things and involuntarily tax you. If they can no longer do that, practicing civil disobedience and refusing to pay taxes makes it so they can no longer pay for cops, go to war, or anything else. You could also just do the whole thing legally and get the taxes removed. The first step regardless of whatever many paths you choose is to remove fiat currency.
