* I wasn't aware that Spain also they included a provision that would make it easier for judges to throw out election results. * Does Spain allow a provision allowing right-wing groups to mount an unlimited number of challenges to voter's eligibility. (Nothing like freezing a voters eligibility indefinitely if you really wanted too.) * Can Spain decertify election results if they find a single “violation of the voter registration laws or election laws” and to take over election operations? I am guessing not. Voter suppression is sad. Especially when the GOP continues to lose the popular vote in the nations presidential elections ever since 2004 and before that 1988. . | |||
