Here's how voting should work: The IRS sends out a list of everyone who paid taxes last year.

If you paid 0 or got more money back then you put in, you don't get to vote. You just have to contribute something, anything, even just $1, to get a vote. Doesn't matter whether you are legal or illegal or whatever.

I've had enough of these freeloaders. Why should they get to participate in voting for someone who makes decisions how to spend tax money when they don't actually participate in contributing to the tax money? Makes no sense.
