Kennedy is a swing vote. Trump is likely to push through the most conservative Justice he can find -- because he views this as some football game where he scores more points the more conservative the Justice he appoints is.

he is, but he is also sensible. he is not an ideologue like some of the others. he actually considers issues on their own rather than simply consulting the ideology he's surrendered to like all of his colleagues.
