**Ok nevermind, I just saw the post you put up about them being disabled... 8)**

Savok

Love the UI, just have one question. I'd like to put the buff duration timers on the buffs, but it's been years since I've done lua modding. Do you know off hand the code required to show the buff durations? I don't mind tinkering with the xml files myself, just need a hand getting started with the code. Thanks!

Would it somehow be possible to see the exp displayed with percentages in the old default UI?

In the main user/inventory window, it shows the Percent of experience now (which is awesome! - using the Velious skin and about half of the Velious Extras). My question is, is it possible to put a decimal place so it would show xx.x experisnce? (95.7%, etc). At the level I am at I get less than 1% XP now so it would be nice to know if its 0.5% or 0.8% etc...

Thanks for the information Savrok, maybe you can help me. When I played EQ99 the first time around I had a UI that looks like the "Default" with the 2x5 vertical hotkey panel from "Default_old".

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

That's ALL I want to change on my UI. Is just get the vertical 2x5 hotkey panel back. When I logged in this time it's the default UI, which is great, but I can't swap from the horizontal 1x10 bar to the vertical 2x5 in any way that I can see.

I tried loading up the "Default_old" ui, but it just doesn't look right either. How do I make it look like it did a couple months ago? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Really appreciate all the hard work you've done, Savok, in getting us this UI available!

Has EQ ever shown the mana levels of group members? If so, is it something that can be shown in this current version?

Also, is there a means to show the concrete amount of mana available to myself, as opposed to a percentage, without opening up the character screen (i)? On my cleric, I don't much care about a stat like ATK, but if I'm LOM, knowing if I have enough mana to cast a larger heal is useful.

Not for group members no. Modern EQ has a gauge bar for mana and endurance but its not a feature on P1999.

Which UI are you using? The Velious UI has an extras zip file which includes a EQUI_PlayerWnd.xml file with mana numbers in it. Its not difficult to add the details to the default UI and default_old UI if needed as separate downloads.

I'm using your Project99 vert UI. I'll grab the Velious set as you've suggested; thank you very much! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I read through this and didn't see what I'm looking for. But I was hoping to get a velious ui with a target window that is about twice as long with percentage reading on it. The % could be either at the end or overlayed, which ever your player window has would be preferred. And if you could explain how to make the buttons darker I have trouble reading them. If this is unclear let me know and will try to explain better.
