I wasn'the saying he would be in the wrong, just a huge dick. If he was solo he wouldn't have been able to get to the mob. Without the whole group killing all the skellies and BGs, how do you think he solos the mob without getting killed by all the other mobs. Theread were no other groups in the zone at the time either, so his exaggeration on getting so excited for tagging the mob was just as dumb. When we formed the group, there were literally just the 6 of us in the zone. When the T-staff dropped, there still wasn't another group camped yet. It would be like watching a camp that you can't kill, and then asking for help when it pops, and assuming the loot is yours. For that I do feel entitled, for the exact same chance as anyone else in my group at any loot that I put equal efforts into acquiring. Disbanding to solo is the biggest dick move, especially since the puller is always going to see the items first. Do you know how many times an enchanter would have that opportunity? If you'received going to be a part of a group, be a part of the group. If you don't, get the funk out of my group and go solo shit somewhere else.

quality thread - sorry for your troubles OP - I have been there, drooling at the T-Staff also and not winning it, but is a 20k-30k item and your in a PUG. Its unreasonable to expect no one else to roll

But from what I have gathered, you ninja looted a T Staff and got banned and are now crying about it. Its OK, you will recover. T Staff not even that good, very over rated piece of gear. Your Epic and SoS will do a lot more damage

I'm just saying, if this was EQLive in 2000 and a Tranquil Staff dropped and he did the same thing, he wouldn't have been banned for it - the community needs to police itself and work things out together. In 2000, he would've been blacklisted and it would've been one of those 'oh well' things - what good is a monk that has a Tranquil staff and a tarnished reputation?

To be honest, I'm quite sad at what EQ has devolved into. You guys are more concerned about yourselves and that's not classic. The raid scene here is not classic. Something needs to be done.
