I didn't read that post entirely because you tend to ramble. Petition the offending person(s) though, if you feel so compelled. The greater concern was that a trend in behavior was expanding beyond a few individuals, which is bad for the overall health of the community/server. There isn't much sense in trying to dictate how people treat others when all parties are equally without the power required to enforce that expectation. The other option then is to deride them for being reprehensible. Otherwise, don't even interact with them at all since they most likely crave the attention. This is the most reliable choice, and one reason why red server numbers remain low. If you want to police the green/blue server, you can always put in a guide application, though it seems reasonable to assume it would be rejected.
