Sorry, its been stated before that Rogean stopped this bet from proceeding. Again, I am very sorry. I hear Hoshkar drops green scales...if FE needs them so badly maybe they should take their 60+ VP key force on an attempt. You know if Sloan hasnt got them all banned yet.

please post any conversation from rogean stating this. he stopped QF/Mortiis bet you can't make that apply to every bet for the rest of this server's lifespan...
