What did we learn here? Red Dawn members, Just farm items and sell them for dkp. Then only show up to the important raids to get that good item. Bonus if you level an extra char to 60 for what is it, +50dkp for having a alt 60? Yaw yaw YAW

I like going to raids and building currency that I can buy rare/second hand raid items from for alts, as that's the main fun I have from the game.

System works good, showing up to Nihi once your max geared to forever farm gear for Nizzar's bank is lame - to each their own. I'd rather quit the game, but I just decided to leave that lame fuck guild.

The top neckbeards will still get the majority of the loot, or the loot they value most in bid dkp also. It's just that in a bid dkp system you get to decide what an item is worth to you. It being the first person to have a shawl of protection is important to you and you're willing to go all in, at the expense of multiple other upgrades, than the system allows you to do so. Some people will make "dumb" decisions from a min/max standpoint, others will be penalized for trying to be the first to get each item at a huge premium, it's all up to the player. And that's the beauty of the system. It's up to you to decide what something is truly worth to you. Shrug.

And for those who hate on main switches and alts, there's a reason Nihilum burns through members. If you stop giving a reason for your top members to show up, they'll stop doing so. There's a one month loot sit out at 25% dkp hit, but if you're willing to do so you can switch and work on your next character.

I don't get how underground stuff would be possible. We have spreadsheets of everyone's stats in the guild including how much DKP they have. You can't really manipulate the systems without a MASSIVE conspiracy going on.

You bid 120 dkp for a CoF and get outbid, the person that outbid you will lose the dkp they just spent and you'll see it.
