This.

Eq is a big world. If you use your imagination and pick a location wisely, the chance of losing your items is about 0.0001%

I will say that it's quite the rush every time you swap the fungi to an alt this way.

It just feels naughty.
Wow I didn't even think to ground transfer. I always figured they'd disappear in the time it took to switch. Thanks for this and will definitely try it out! .. if I ever get to play again.

recap of what's happened and how GMs handle situations in EQ p99:

- I got an IP exemption for my gf and mine accounts.

- I logged into her account the day I got exemption to give her some gear to make her happy. didn't cheat, exploit, powerlevel, or give myself any kind of unfair advantage. I got a 30 day suspension for this.

- After 30 day ban I got on the forum and asked about getting an IP exemption again and decide to give p99 ONE more try.
This makes me giggle... Admitted breaking the server rules... then asked again for an IP exemption.

I have a feeling no matter what I did you would be saying I did something wrong if it meant having to take a regular players side or a GMs. Is it possible GMs make mistakes too?

Also yeah I mean I initially downloaded this game to get my gf into mmos on pc. Its easy, its simple, it spawned basically every rpgmmo out there. I wanted something we both could play. If I can't get an IP exempt that pretty much defeats the purpose. I'm just saying the GMs in this are perma banning two perfectly decent active players. I mean one is a noob and never played, but isn't that a good thing? trying to get new people interested in a 10+ year old game?

I DO see that. I've said I know what I did wrong the entire time. What I always disagreed with was getting 30 day suspension for tranferring a damn item.

NOW I get PERMA banned for it??!?! WHat the fuck am I only crazy pills here or what? Are you seriosuly agreeing with me getting perma baned for asking for an IP exemption?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

for what? transfering an item?

Ok, yes, I agree 100% just like I ALWAYS have since the first day I got 30 day banned for it. The fact remains though, I paid for transferring my items to my gfs account. I sat through a 30 ban for that.

NOW I got perma banned for asking if we could get the IP exemption back. I don't think you get what I'm saying here. I am now perma banned for asking a question.

If the GMs were truly nice people they'd resolve this today and giv eus back our IP exemption. I sat through a 30 day ban for transferring an item to her account. I'm not going to do it again abviously. I just want to be able to play with her on her account and mine on mine. I've always said this, and did not realize they REVOKE an IP exemption after a ban. The GMs are taking away my gfs ability to play this because I got banned for something completely stupid.
