Let’s get this straight they aren’t US babies until they are born, it is your political party who likes the AR in schools.

Considering that, after 6 weeks of gestation, 90-95% of them would survive to term and be delivered, if not murdered first, your point is moot.

And who wants AR's in schools? Concealed carry w/ volunteer school employees (background checks, training) is the way to go, since, you know, the cops are practically accessories to school shooting murders nowadays.

Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA)

uhhh

Did Biden's EO today just federalize emergency room abortion up to the moment of birth?

It says active labor after all!

I don't want any guns in school, but even then we had students who were hunters and would get Principal permission to keep them locked in the trucks. Things have slipped so far in 20 years its alarming.

OH okay, then why is the murder of a pregnant woman deemed a double homicide?

at least 38 states have fetal homicide laws: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
