You're implying Mueller has damning evidence and yet not finishing his investigation

He's certainly has evidence against Flynn, Gates, Popadopolus, Manafort, 13 Russian 'trolls', 12 Russian intelligence officers. It's not like the investigation is a dud like Bengazi which went on for twice as long.

Just because you have evidence doesn't mean you drop everything and consider it over with.
