it really is fascinating I would highly recommend the book "when rabbit howls" for anyone interested in Dissociative identity disorder.

It's based on a real woman with I believe they counted 40+ personalities from children to men to whatever and its very from the psychologists perspective of when she shifts. One line he says that he thought he saw the bone structure in her face change.
