So that they can discuss issues that are specific to pvp. That's different than trying to recruit players to their server. If they started posting junk about their intra-server disputes, then that would be removed no doubt. But they are allowed to post recruitment threads and comment on general server issues in this section of the forums. Derubael and Sirken have already been over this several times.

If buying HP rings I'd ask that you get the fire opals (available in Sol Ro Temple for 550 gold pieces each).

Also note, if you're a level 1 player wanting 10x HP rings to "flip"... I'm onto you!

Just rolled an enchanter on Blue, got killed by the first Moss Snake i attacked, realised i hadn't put on my dagger or spells. Tried again, success with 2 HP left!

So ya... if Moss snakes are scarey, I can't imagine another player around me *cry*

I give what I can! If someone were to sponsor helping new players get some basic MR/stat gear I'm sure that would build a player base that'll have the will to try pvp but also to feel invested and stay.

...which is to say that a lot of blue players are used to having full Sol Ro temple armor, fancy robes and all sparkly at level 4-5, and don't want to start fully naked.

Not much I can do about weapons, robes, and that kind of thing but there was a red player in another thread offering to help in that aspect. You want bling tho? I can do it...and that is thanks to an investment by a certain red wizard I leveled with who invested in me when I first went to red.
