Will PLing be possible after the beta? Im kind of in a holding pattern until live. The PVE in DAoC is some of the worst. Its not even that its slow because its not nearly as bad as EQ in that regard but its just boring as hell. Plus I understand why DAoC went with the moving camps and camp bonus shit but I don't want to run around constantly looking for more boring ass PVE. If pling is a thing ill just wait til that happens so I can play what is actually worthwhile that being the PVP.

Sometimes you have to make the game fun, if it's not being fun. Instead of repeating the same thing every time you play, try different things - move around, try different zones and camps, etc. If you keep doing the same thing every time you play, of course it's going to get real dull real fast.

Th thread says they downgraded it, but the website still says it don't work with xp and it certainly doesn't work for me in actuality.

With all due respect: No it's not. It has been discontinued for a while, which is an eternity in terms of security. Even Windows 7 was released in 2009. You should consider upgrading your OS after 15 years.

The problem of using older .NET versions is the lack of newer features. Quite a high price for supporting 15 year old operating systems.

(I am not really participating in launcher development, so this is only my personal opinion.)

I'm glad that XP gain from RvR kills is still in-game, nerfed as it is but still something, though it looks like you no longer get any coin.

you get insane exp from bg level kills, much less obviously if youre grouped
