Accidentally did 6.14 miles. Not even paying attention.
2.83 of it running. 1.45 uphill. I also hit my best pace uphill. My ass is amazing. I'm a fucking badass again. | ||

Just got done with light cardio n pushups. Planks. Going to see how things are tmrw if good im start back up on ass routine during fast days to see if itll stick.

Do you guys workout when sick? I feel like I got hit by a truck. Body weak all over. No fever, but my throat kinda feels sore.
Business trip this week and I hate that I always get derailed on weeks like these. Hotel gyms are the worst.
