Definitely highly unlikely that they would. But I'm fairly certain if they really wanted to they could. Without knowing the exact details of the written agreement its hard to say for sure. But we all know the history of this server with RMT from staff members in the past. Is it impossible that they could find P99 in breach of their agreement if they decided to shut it down? I'm not so sure

But it doesn't really matter one way or another. I just thought it was funny that people would use "You pay for EQ lol ur dum" as their argument against Phinny while they're playing on a private server heh. It doesn't seem any different in my mind than belittling people for buying music/movies cause u can just pirate it. I've done my fair share of pirating as have most of us I'm sure. But even I acknowledge that if everyone did the quality of music/movies we got (If we got any at all) would be total shit. Somebody's gotta make money to create the entertainment we all enjoy.

Phinny is for those that want it easy. But cant play WoW cause they cant figure out how to install addons. That being said ill play it a little when luclin comes out to come play a broken beastlord
