Exping off an overlooked broken quest is not how the game is intended to be played and absolutely qualifies as an exploit in my eyes.

At the very least I would check with staff to confirm it, but Salty isn't the type of guy that would do that. Same dude who knew how to crash zones with Macroquest on VZTZ + promised Keegan and I he had some magical contact from Fires of Heaven who would fix and run VZTZ (turned out to be a load of bullshit and an excuse for him to ego trip on the forums).

You're a poser and if you don't get yourself banned then I'll be sure to make you cry in-game. None of you blue server zerglings could ever PvP. The only bright spot to my GM career was watching you lose 3-to-1 odds against Heresy on a daily basis.

I'd say exping off of an overlooked broken quest is pretty creative rather than exploitative. It's not like the mob is particularly easy (it's actually pretty hard for its level, being rogue class and all), and it's not like it somehow prevents you from needing to med between kills. The only advantage to it is the instant respawn trigger (also limited by recovery time) and the misty thicket zone exp.
