Three months of being away from my beloved forums packed into one post. But seriously, if we could start the same server over with a different mentality on how to run it, I'd be out buying an actual computer tonight, probably ready to pimp another badass Human Ranger.

I think the moment I actually realized I was never going to enjoy playing on this server is when I was trained in Unrest, subsequently reported for causing the train, and then cursed at by Amelinda because she thought I was training and didn't want to believe that I could have been a victim. This isn't even taking into account that this whole event happened in unrest, which is/has/always will be notorious for accidental training.
I was told I was going to be watched, that she did not care what the whole story was and that I was not taking enough responsibility for my actions ( being reported after being intentionally trained ). | ||

Mage bolts through walls - so close to perfect right
No guard faction assist at start huge problem for most people (fine for me but whatevs) - pretty big killer for the large part of the population early Impossible lag on opening weekend- pretty big killer for the large part of the population early Number of morons who made melees as their starting chars that really weren't that hard core of players - a murderer for most of these geniuses with big plans of being epic melee chars (we warned you) Mage pet root / whirl spam / root / stun being ridiculous (read: non-classic and game breaking) Melee 2h damage bonus non-classic - don't really care too damn much about this but again, against your "it's just so close to perfect" argument PS: There's a few other things I can put down here, but it's pointless to bring some of you to the light :P. | ||
