I spent 10 hours in the gym this week. I spent 20 Hours playing Everquest. I spent about three hours having sex. And I enjoyed a few chicken nuggets because it is bulking season. Just figured I would share.

Sounds like you are slacking at all four of those things. Give up 3 of the 4 and be a pro at something, I recommend chicken nuggets.
