Pelling Raid mobs: should this really fall under pvp?

Is the server supposed to wipe? I would actually really welcome that, it's soon hard to solo low levels when entire population is max.

These same guys are back 1 week, a GM rumored to play other games with this crew shows up after being absent for months and swings a major rule in their favor.

Like I was glad they were back, don't care about raiding or dying..pvp is fun but this uneven playing field is hard to ignore
