Or a construction guy with no safety gear making a 200ft tall adobe tower which are known to crumble.
lifting something is hazard pay now and minimum wage earns 1k per week unimployment? oh man so many guys are doing it wrong. They totally could stay home and earn $700 more per week with no back damage. Think of the quality of mobile home they will be able to afford with 4k per month.. I bet they can opt for the camo wallpaper too. I'm going to get on my 4wheeler and ride into the sunset now.

Anyway now that we both agree that this country has no coal reserve and that coal is responsible for 40% of this country's energy grid supplies and that electricity is the single most important force in our society, I'm glad you now support my thesis that doctors and nurses are way way down the ladder of people we should honor during this crisis. Here is the complete list of who we should honor during this crisis: Everyone who is doing their job and their job description doesn't include working through hazardous conditions not related to their jobs. So like grocery clerks, yes because when they got their job it didn't say you must work through a plague. Nurses on the other hand, no because their job description includes the working through the plague bit. You know why coal miners are more important than "healthcare workers"? Because you can't put quotes around the former.

If unemployment (sitting on one’s ass) pays that much, being a nurse and dealing with coronavirus should merit hazard pay Are you guys idiots? Why all the opprobrium for healthcare workers? This is the least healthy nation on earth, 88% of you are disgusting and 50% don’t pay taxes. Write a letter to Congress pussies

No one cares though I guess. I always thought it was hilarious that engineers like myself made more than nurses and teachers. It’s ass backwards and clearly most Americans agree with it, if the responses in this thread are any indication

I feel like the virus designers think less people will be available to take jobs keeping unemployment low after the proletarian bailout but I feel like they are sadly underestimating the resilience of the rat-hybrid offshoot of the humanoid phenom.
Sooner or later they are going to have to start sharing ownership and elevating a few select groups to a more noble station. I have no idea when that will be, but the framework seems to already be in place.

He puts the quote around healthcare workers because that supposedly includes the 20-something-year-old do-nothing andro who doubles up on shis morbidly obese parents disability grab while pretending to be a CNA.

The only reason so much of our country runs on coal is because we are retarded. Who else do we share that with... China? Every other wealthy nation is phasing it out because, guess what, people don't like lung cancer and mercury in the environment, and natural gas is more efficient. In fact coal is so fucking dirty, so toxic and hazardous that coal miners and everyone else in the coal industry do us and themselves an incredible disservice with their work, what little of that work is even left. Point me to the nearest mineshaft so I can spit down it and hopefully hit some miners
